Meals and Fitness: January Week 1

After enjoying way too many treats over the holidays I am ready to get back to healthy eating this week!

Meal Plan:
Chinese food delivery (New Year's Eve)
Tilapia with mustard chive sauce
Spaghetti w/homemade sauce (from freezer)
Gumbo (made with shrimp instead of chicken)
Smoked salmon cobb salad
Raw kale salad
Mediterranean lentil salad
Butternut squash soup (from freezer)

Oranges (bought a big box of them at Costco)
Chobani yogurt (my favorite!)

I also plan to try out a new Juice Bar in town. Nothing tastes healthier than a green juice!

I have taken some time off so am well-rested and ready to go. We are ice skating on New Year's Day, my favorite winter sport!

Unsure of the weather and work schedule, so I won't break it down but these are the other activities I plan to do this week:
* Physique 57
* Running (may need to be on the treadmill if the snow and cold continues)
* Walk
